By using FilezyAI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

FilezyAI converts, compresses, resizes and renames files across the formats listed on the site, in a single pass. Some operations run in your browser; others run on our servers. We aim for high-quality results, but conversions are best-effort — particularly for complex documents, where layout may shift.

Free and Pro plans

• Free: no signup, with a daily conversion limit and a per-file size cap. The free plan is ad-supported — we may show ads from third-party partners (see our Privacy Policy and Cookies page).
• Pro ($4/month): a higher daily limit for personal use on filezyai.com, a larger per-file size cap, and an ad-free experience, billed through Dodo Payments. Pro is intended for individuals using the website — not for embedding FilezyAI in another product or service.
• Developer API (separate): if you want to call FilezyAI programmatically from your own application, server, or automation, you must use our Developer API plan (separate pricing, API keys, and monthly task allowance). Using the website, Pro account, or browser session to power a third-party product is not permitted.
• You can cancel Pro at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; it then reverts to free. We don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• upload content you don't own or have the right to process;
• use FilezyAI for anything illegal, or to process unlawful or infringing material;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape, or circumvent the limits of the service;
• use scripts, bots, headless browsers, or direct API calls with a web session (Clerk token, cookies, or similar) to automate conversions at scale outside normal personal use on the site;
• embed, resell, rebrand, or offer FilezyAI (or conversions powered by it) as part of your own product without a Developer API subscription;
• share or rotate accounts, device identities, or payment methods to evade daily or monthly limits.

You are responsible for the files you upload and for keeping your own copies.

Enforcement

We monitor for abuse (including automated or API-like usage on web plans). If we determine that your use violates these terms — for example, programmatic bulk conversion on a Free or Pro plan, or use in a third-party product without an API key — we may throttle, suspend, or terminate your access without refund. Repeated or high-volume integration requires a Developer API plan; contact support@filezyai.com for API access or Enterprise options.

Files and availability

Files are deleted automatically two hours after processing, and we keep no backups — so download your result in time. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a given conversion will be perfect.

Your content and our brand

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results you download. The FilezyAI name, logo, design and code remain ours.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilezyAI is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from your use of the service. Because files are deleted on a short timer and we hold no backups, you are responsible for retaining anything important.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or harms the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
